Hi all,
I have dealt with Best Buy's shenanigans before, but I saw that they sell an open box item. I decided to give them a try.
I bought a highest refurbished apple pencil 2 from Best Buy, and bought the same Apple pencil 2 on eBay For Parts. I paid $130 for BB, and $10 for the broken pencil on ebay (luckily the one on ebay looked brand new, came in original box and the issue was it wasn't charging)
When both the items came, I swapped the old one with the new one and took it to best buy. The guy in front did not even open the box, easy refund!
I wonder if I even had to put anything in there. Does anyone know if they have cameras when they send open-box item? What's stopping me from saying the item was missing? They seem to be way more lenient with Open-Box items.
