Also, was a signature accepted on delivery? If so, did you sign with a fake one?

there was no signature signed on the package and i dont know how to find the exact weight of the product

Was the package simply left at the premises without photos taken?

there werent any photos taken the package was simply handed to my door and there was also no signature even the it was a signature required delivery option i dont know how i should structure my email though

Tried a partial with Zalando recently. It was easy a year ago but now they refused my claim and said all items was scanned and accounted for when they sent the package.
