I just bought Xrumer its the newest version they have. Im finding that its not Solving Re-captcha and Hotmail Blue Captchas is anyone else having this problem?

Check that you checked solve the recaptcha in the settings

check your firewall , maybe blocking recaptcha images to be downloaded

Result: chosen nickname "Reo"; captcha recognized; sent;Keep getting this but not accounts nothing wont even solve, i get lots of unknown captchas too from captchas i know it solves for

Xrumer does not solve recaptcha. You can set it so a popup comes up and you can enter it manually.
We'll have to wait for xrumer 12 I guess.

Really because on the site it says it can. also even basic captchas it cant solve the captcha sniper can

It probably says it can due to third party services, like DeathByCaptcha :P
