just got my item deliverd to me. going to check with my mate if his item got delivered and then ill proceed to talk to live chat and hope i get a fish iq rep.

I just state i opened my package and it wasnt what I ordered and it was 'insert friends item' and that should be ok?

They said that they are doing an investigation that takes up to 72 hours. The rep said they also take X-RAY of the item???

Idk what to do now but wait. What should I do? Is this normal?

Should I just keep trying to contact them into one of them just does the refund?

As per the investigation update, since the item is returnable, we would require the item to be returned for a refund. Please share the images of the wrong item received along with shipping box and label so that we can validate and create a return approval for you.

That's the objective of the wrong Item received method - to return the Incorrect Item and receive a refund on the original one, so send back your friend's Item.

They were more concerned with the item being sent back. So that’s normal?

My friend got a refund not sending anything back. I guess I’ll just return it and then they should refund me the amount of the item I ordered right?

With the shipping box and label it shows my friends name and address, how do I circumvent this? Or do I just show my box that I got with the item that my friend ordered

You're supposed to only have the box with your name on it, you have NO RELATION to your friend, so of course you can't have the box of a random stranger

Your box + his item, that's all you received, keep complying with their requests and you'll have your refund, just forget you ever saw your friend's box or your original item
