how many times do you brush your teeth?

I once went 3 months without brushing my teeth at all. That was during the summer between middle school years. Adolescence... Ironically enough, I have never had a cavity in my life.
Now I make sure to brush my teeth at least 10 times a week. Mostly because my breath became absolutely awful when I didn't.

i know people who dont do it at all or once or twice

always twice a day and floss before bed then brush

Brush my teeth twice a day as well

Morning and night

Same.

I haven't missed a day In years. I also hit an anti-decay mouthwash every morning.

after i wake up and before my evening shower

I brush my teeth twice every day.

Twice per day unless I eat/drink something especially rancid lol.

Every morning and always before going to bed.
My parents would certainly be proud

3 times but its a bit excessive tbh
