Hello people, I explain my problem:

A few months ago, a hospital near my home was infected by a computer virus, this virus apparently to lock all the files by changing their extensions and putting a sequence of numbers in place of their extensions.
I did not find the type of virus to use ?? And if anyone could help me find a solution to unlock the files.

Can you show us an example by any chance? It might be ransomware. Trying booting into safe mode and see if the files stay encrypted.
