If you are going to try DNA save yourself a headache and pay for the fastest shipping so all items usually ship in one package.

Otherwise these clothing places tend to send you 4 different packages staggered over a week and then you have to do 4 separate DNA's and that rarely works.

Yeah back when that happened I would just pick the biggest package and DNA it and take the hit on the rest. Learning curves.

Claiming damaged clothes with a bit of photoshop seems to work best for me. Lately, I've been able to get heavily discounted reward codes from abercrombie and they have worked for me 100% of the time.

I try to limit how much I DNA items in a year. I save them for the big boys

Not every article of clothing goes through another quality control Inspection In the warehouse, hence It'd be pretty hard for the company to prove It wasn't damaged when picked, packed and dispatched.

Wouldn’t they just ask to send it back to them? So you can get a refund

some do. It is just trial and error with these companies.

You can search through the threads here to know which ones are easy to hit

Not always, some purely request photos.
