Just make sure you have an aged account, they'll say they'll do an investigation (they don't) and will refund you.

I’ve got some AirPods coming through today via locker and plan EB but just to clarify , u mean to tell the rep the AirPods themselves were missing from manufacture box or the whole AirPods box is missing from delivery box?
