And honestly it was a piece of shit when I got it, like an aircraft taking off when I was playing games, scratches over the shell. There was I believe 1 or 2 silver stickers that I just put in the same place on the bad ps4. Could have maybe used that for serial or inventory, I'm not sure.
I think we both have valid points as to why the claim was approved.
