[Help]Internal Server Error 500 after uploading shell

In The Name Of Allah
Al-Salam Alekum

I uploaded all shell sorts with all types shtml, php, perl etc....
But I got this error:

but after encrypting shell with base64 I got this:

and While uploading htaccess the server will change the files name...
I don't know how to bypass it?!

Internal Server Error, It's Comes Because There's a Word Is Prevented By Mod_Security
